Everyday inspection rounds of a machine park with a sheet of paper in a hand were for the employees of Veolia a tedious experience. The information they obtained did not allow the company to effectively plan and carry out maintenance. We digitized company's data by designing a mobile application that provides Veolia a list of inspection rounds to be carried out with a given facility.
One of Veolia's daily challenges is to ensure the continuity of thae plant's operation. So far, the company has been conducting a paper record of the inspection rounds, what resulted in making mistakes while entering data into the system, and also hindered planning and carrying out maintenance. We have designed a mobile application thanks to which inspection rounds have been fully digitized.
Besides software development, the scope of work entrusted to Programa™ software house included: gathering requirements, designing all functionalities of the mobile application and integrating it with the software used in the Veolia Group. This application enables real-time processing of data with the use of software available in Veolia. As a result, the paper documentation has been replaced with 100% digital documentation - errors do not happen anymore.
